Using the platform

You can use myPartyHub to run your party-entertainment business. You're responsible for the parties, guest lists, and any content (themes, photos, copy) you upload.

Billing

Monthly subscription. Cancel any time — access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial-month refunds.

Your data

You own the data you put in. We keep it for 30 days after cancellation so you can export, then delete. See the privacy policy for details.

Limits of liability

We work hard to keep the service up, but can't be held responsible for indirect losses (missed bookings, reputational harm) caused by outages. Full clause to follow.
